CCMS 4. Loyalty Marketing

Customers may repurchase a brand due to situational constraints, a lack of viable alternatives, or out of convenience... But Chilly Chaps are not telling about that loyalty....
Brand loyalty is more than simple repurchasing…
True brand loyalty exists when customers have a high relative attitude toward the brand which is then exhibited through repurchase behavior.
This type of loyalty can be a great asset to the firm: customers are willing to pay higher prices, they may cost less to serve, and can bring new customers to the firm

Kancor will start to talk to people in their own language.
We give them offers as per their dream…
When we do it well, they'll say,"God, Kancor offers exactly what I was dreaming."
And when they begin to respect us, they'll follow us to the end.

We give special offers to Loyal customers..
The offer can be anything…
A price discount…
A premium product specially for them..
A special blend…
An additional product…
A special visit to their facility to understand better ways to help them… etc etc…


And we will make them so loyal that if Kancor stops business after 300 years, they will close in the (300 years - 1)th day so that they won’t want exist a single day without Kancor..

CCMS 3. Visuals Marketing Through CSRs

Visuals remain in mind more than any thing…
And when a related thought process happens in mind, the visuals come in to mind.
Our new CCMS is based on this theory…

Whereever the Customer looks, there should be some thing that can ignite the name “Kancor” in his mind…

((((In our computer, when you select the above given Slogan and press (Cntrl + H) and replace Chilly Chaps with Kancor, we get the new slogan for Kancor…..))))

The best way to do visuals marketing is through taking Social Responsibilities,
Kancor was never behind in taking Social Responsibilities….
Last year, we had organized the “ GREEN RUN” in coordination with Rotory Club of Nedumbassery and Viswajyothi CMI School, Angamaly…
Kancor was known as “Bombay Oils” or “Pepper Company” in and around Angamaly.
Through the Green Run, The Name Kancor was marketed… Now after the Green Run, people know Kancor…

This is a very good marketing strategy we should adopt in a large scale…
Our Name should be marketed like this throughout the globe…
We can sponsor one small event, may it be an environmental campaign, which has good market…and name…as part of the UN…or independently...
Or we can sponsor one village in Africa…..
Or we can sponsor one event in Common wealth games….
Or we can be part of the Redcross activities in some cruicial area…
What ever we do, we to market our name also,
where ever people look, there will be Kancor..

“ Aage Bhee …… Kancor…
Peechche Bhee ….. Kancor….
Neechche or Oopper bhee Kancor…
Sab Jaga mein… Kancor….. !!!!!!!!!”


And thus, one day, We dream of sponsoring the World Cup Football….

Time is precious… Both for the Customer and Kancor….
Our meetings with the Customer will be very less, with in that time we must plan to make our presence worth… And when the Customer thinks of buying, the first thing that has to be come in to his mind will be the name…Kancor.
So, in time Marketing strategy, We market the name…..
It is our goal to enter in to the Customer’s Heart, which may be preoccupied with his trusted old Supplier.
With in no time, we must enter in to his heart and make him buy our product…


Timely information of the market and timely intervention in the market are the essential things for the market leader.
What Kancor should do is to make confederates and confidence in the market.
The confederates give the timely information about the market. When we build confidence in the market, our products are sold….
Kancor should fully utilize the time and move forward…

Dear Insync Teams…

We, the Chilly Chaps, don’t know why there is not much campaigning from other teams….
We feel SAD...
We have come up with newer and newer ideas, implemented them successfully....
and now we feel,.. we are running alone in the front, with nobody near us....
We want a healthy competition.... to perform more and more...
So we are eagerly waiting for you to come up with us..

  • Will first introduce Kancor, its tradition, Values and ethics to the Visitors
  • The All Kancor Products and range will be introduced..
  • Will get familiarized with the Visitors, their business, their requirements, their expectations about the product and the supplier etc
  • Then Visitors will be introduced to the different products offered by Kancor that will match with their specific requiremet…
  • And then How can Kancor be their trusted partner in Ingredients
  • At Last, the visitor .... Will go out from the stall as a Customer….
We know.. this is a a wild idea…
But wild ideas pave the way for improvements… and greater changes…
